The cooking time will depend on the size of the sheet pan you use. A large pan will distribute the mixture thinly across a greater surface area and will require less time than a smaller sheet pan. If you are using a smaller pan, don’t be surprised if you require more than baking time, and continue with the process of removing the pan and stirring every until you achieve an even golden colour.
