Passionfruit dressing
We’re always looking for interesting things to do with passionfruit when they’re in season. And not just for sweet desserts, but savory applications, too. We use this dressing for squid salad.

We prefer our passionfruit dressing without seeds, but not everybody feels the same way. Optionally, pass the pulp through a coarse sieve to remove the seeds.
